Your puppy travels with their official Vaccination Passport, Microchip Registry details, DNA Parentage paperwork, Fit-to-Fly Certificate, a familiar comfort blanket carrying their mother's scent, and a starter transition guide.
Puppy safety always comes first. If temperatures exceed airline limits for brachycephalic breeds, the flight will be moved to the nearest cool time slot (early morning flight) or road courier service. We will keep you updated in real-time.
You must present a valid Australian Government-issued Photo ID (Driver's Licence or Passport) that matches the consignee name listed on the air waybill booking confirmation.
